Company profile

F.E.EM., founded in 1996 and since then on the domestic and international market, specialises in the manufacture of inductive components designed to the customers' specifications and also offers Project Assistance service for the designing of the above-mentioned components to be used both in the professional industrial sector.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

F.E.EM collaborates with its customers from the initial design stage, through to the creation of prototypes and the manufacture of pre-series, up to the real product batches. F.E.EM. applies consolidated production techniques and innovative technological solutions, including the selection of state-of-the-art materials. It seems to be clear that an electromagnetic component that relies on such peculiarities has certainly a longer lifetime. Moreover the recent introduction of international standards on safety has imposed high level quality tests on both the production and on the choice of the raw materials that F.E.EM has successfully set up in a production process which is always maintained as cost effective as possible. All of our products comply with the Directive 2002/95/CE amended by the European Union regarding the use of hazardous substances "RoHS".

PRODUCTION AND SALE

Our production consists of high and low frequency power transformers and inductors, switching transformers and HF transformers. Today our components arewell-known and widely used in the most diverse industrial sectors such as inverter welder generators, power conversion, UPS, motor drive, battery chargers, photovoltaic, aeolian, automotives etc.

WORKING EXPERIENCE AND STAFF

Starting from the owner, who has 20 years' experience in the field of power electronics and is a technical polyvalent expert of all the machineries used in the various production cycles and the specific tools necessary for every single product, through to the technical-production staff which consists of two engineers and a shop foreman who has a ten-year experience in the field of electromagnetic winding. The workers themselves, like the logistics-administrative staff, joined us after a tough selection aimed at recognizing the people that have the technical and behavioral skills most suitable for the development of our company: ability, seriousness and professionalism.
