Hf or voltage booster transformers
General information
HF transformers generate high voltage (to 10 kv) and therefore high frequencies in order overcome excitation barriers (arc drain) in special uses like TIG-welding (tugsten electrode system with emission of electrones) and plasma arc cutting of metals (fluid system in strongly ionised air).
